Data Analysis And Application Based On The Work Attendance System Of Nanchang University

With the times development, the competition among universities more develops more dies for a just cause. The competition core mainly is human resources in the university. It becomes the important project of the competition core how to manage human resources effectively, enhance the efficiency, reduce the cost.First, the definition and development of human resources management system are introduced. The shortage and requirements of human resources management are analyzed. According to the principle, theory and method of work attendance, the system requirements, function design and database design are fulfilled oriented to university adopting software engineering procedure.The system of work attendance data analyzing & application is typical Management Information System. The development contents include two important aspects, the client application and the database in server. According to the study of market, Visual Studio.NET is used as the platform and c# is adopted. the architecture of B/S is taken. Based on C# language, Oracle8i & AD0.NET, the system is developed. The system function include work attendance data analyzing, work attendance allowance static, rule management, privilege management and persons information management.
