Finally, we analyze the more mature project of database construction in telecommunication industry, the decision supporting system and the cloud computing platform to obtain the necessary function and the designing project of data analyzing platform facing to telecommunication. In fact, our work reaches the prospective designing aim.We construct the data model of multidimensional analysis based on telecommunication network element to solve the problem of lack of substantial resources. We deal with the technical difficulty of data pre-computing via building automatically index collected mechanism, and shield complicated table construction as well as reduce the cost of systematical training by the way of openapi which is one of popular factors in the internet.
