Based on the research of the TFT-LCD display driving principles, an in-depth discussion of the GAMMA circuit (gray-level circuit) working principles of LCD and the realization of the gray scale display was made. The problem of gray-level Gamma correction in LCD was solved. By considering non-linear of human vision and non-linear of LCD electro-optical characteristics. Gamma corrections were solved in driving circuits of the line inversion and the dot inversion methods, respectively, their final target values and practical values were basically corresponding. The objective was, through the selection of source driver and liquid crystal material and the design and setting of the parameters of the gray-level circuit, causing the HT190WG1-100 LCD panel to get perfect vision effect and measure up the practical application.To the question of HT190WG1-100 LCD panel, 6 bit source driver IC was chosen. And designed the gray-level Gamma corrections circuit of dot inversion driver circuit of HT190WG1-100 with pertinence. Through series of analysis and adjusting, actual value and target value of LCD panel gray scale display matched, and the gray scale display of HT190WG1-100 LCD panel came true. Accordingly, excellent image display effect of HT190WG1-100 was received.
