With the development of information technology, the era of consumer electronics has come. There are more and more mobile terminal products whose characteristics are sociality and entertainment. User experience has become the key of the products. And the screen display of the product is the main measure of the user experience. The screen has become more colorful and clear. The power consumption has become lower.In this paper, the display of light emitting devices is studied. Then we compare the LCD with the OLED display technology. And we make a conclusion that the OLED display technology is more suitable for the next generation mobile terminal. In the end of this paper an image display drvier circuit has been designed which is suitable for the watch application.Then the display driver system is studied. It consists of the nonlinear gamma correction system based on digital assistant method, current DAC with calibration function, current sample circuit and the driver circuit. Considering that the human brain is sensitive to light under different light intensities, the nonlinear gamma correction system can adjust the step amplitude of the DAC. In order to overcome the process error, we use the calibration circuit based on the voltage feedback method. The output current of the DAC is sampled by the sampling circuit. Then the current signal is converted to the voltage signal. And the voltage signal will be driven to the load.In this paper, 6 V high voltage CMOS process has been used. Eventually, the video data is converted from 8 bits to 10 bits by the look-up-table. The current DAC is 10 bits. The output range is from 0 to 102.3 μA and the operating frequency is 10 MHz. Besides, the set up time of the current sampling circuit is 25 nS. The swing of the voltage driving circuit is 0.1-5.3 V. The accuracy is 5 mV and the set up time is less than 5 μS. At the same time, parasitic parameter extraction and post simulation analysis are carried out.
