The Investigation And Application Of Bluetooth Module Test

Bluetooth 2.0+EDR speciation that has higher data rate introduces new modulation scheme, supporting several Bluetooth device running at the same time. Power consumption is reduced. Bluetooth 2.0 RF speciation add EDR RF test.This paper introduces a general specification about Bluetooth RF and its test methods and describes the solution of the Bluetooth wireless test in detail. Several methods for adding Bluetooth technology to a product are currently available. This paper discusses RF performance test of embedded Bluetooth module in manufacturing and R&D bench. Considering projects and methods, we choose an effective Bluetooth test scheme. Calibration and RF test of Bluetooth module are the important stages to ensure the qualification of Bluetooth product. In order to be convenient for researching and testing Bluetooth module, quicken development, and improve the ability of production, we develop automated and semi-automated test software of Bluetooth module to control the instrument.The main contributions of this thesis are addressed here:1. Research on the development and test of Bluetooth module, detailed analysis of RF test suite, test process, and test result of Bluetooth 2.0 system2. Based on Bluetooth manufacturing test theory, customize the manufacturing test plan of embedded Bluetooth module.3. Analyze test software development process, design Bluetooth module test software, and implement general function. Provide further research orientation in the end.
