With the improvement of government administrative approval service and the promotion of social information, the usage of administrative approval system can simply approval process, shorten process and improve government's service level.Administrative approval system contains business item system, web office system and internal approval system. Under the support of BPM process component and Form Design component, Business item is created, managed and released in the business item system. Users can submit the Business gotten by web office system to internal approval system after the business item information edited. Internal Approval System handles the business according to the set of transact link and assistant. The process result can be returned in order to search by user and to make personal business services networked, process-oriented and transparent.Administrative approval system requires strict quality control and quality management because of the business complexity, strict control of approval process and requirement of data security. Before the system is delivered, software test is carried out to improve system quality, to make the system satisfy consumer's need and to reduce system maintenance. But the following issues need to be further analyzed and resolved, one is how to improve software test coverage and the other is how to find the hidden defects in the system as much as possible.The main work of this paper is based on the background of administrative approval system that I have taken participate in and based on the subsystem test. First analyze system development background and the test requirement of business function, then describe the current situation as well as the background of administrative approval system test.This paper discusses mainly the following test stages:the system requirements analysis, test plan, test cases, test defect management and automation test and performance test, and test reports. In order to improve administrative approval system, the management of software test is so strict that test work can be optimized and regulated.The main issues addressed by this paper are as the following,First, prepare the test plan to organize the entire test and to define test schedule, test scope and to analyze test tasks.Second, use the various test case design methods to improve the quality of test cases and to improve test coverage to prevent the bug leakage. Write the public test cases so that make common functional test more standardized and detailed. By sharing common reuse test cases and writing test cases to reduce test time and improve test efficiency.Third, write automated test scripts to test core and stable function business to save labor costs and improve test efficiency. Write performance test scripts to make sure software performance satisfy customer's performance requirement.Fourth, use defect management tool JIRA to manage defects, track defects, verify defects and analyze defect by locating defects reasons, to help developers fix bugs. Write the test report to summarize the administrative approval system test and make some suggestions.
