| TV legal program is showed to us at early 1980s, the beginning of China Reforming and Opening, and it is already flourishing when the time goes to 21 century. With the changes of China economy and law, TV legal program is an important and special type of China TV program now. While it offers us various programs, its quantity increases incessantly,. Meanwhile many famous TV legal programs come into being. The quality of TV legal program rose clearly. On the other hand, it goes to today, many problems appear, such as different programs contain the same matter; the program is too superficial; it infects adjudgement; it infringes people's rights; and even the bottleneck of its' run. As a special work of China TV program, where does it go to? There is no program can offer it any experience. It must develop itself depending on the demand of our time. This thesis takes TV legal program as its investigating object, combining the different ways of analysis to study China TV legal program, especially that after 1999. And at the same time, this thesis discuss the future of TV legal program. |
