A Study On Humanistic Care In TV Legal Programs

Among all kinds of TV programs,TV legal programs with strong professional and wide social functions play an important role in the society.With the progress of the society,people put forward higher requirements for TV legal programs.The current legal program is no longer limited to delivering legal provisions and providing legal services in the early period.Instead,it needs to constantly enhance the humanistic spirit and pay attention to the change of the fate of relevant people in the case,so as to make a legal program with "temperature".The concept of "humanistic care" originated from the western humanistic tradition,and its core lies in affirming human nature and human value.In the report of the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),CPC precisely proposed to "strengthen and improve ideological and political work,pay attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling" for the first time.Under such a social background,this paper takes "humanistic care" of TV legal system as the research direction,chooses "how to make the idea of humanistic care in every aspect of TV legal program and link fully reflected" as a key research content,selects "the deficiency of humanistic concern concept in the He Nan Radio and Television Channel under the rule of law in several programs" as the breakthrough point for research.Focusing on ways to strengthen humanistic care in legal programs,the author takes the host,program planning and scene setting as specific research perspectives and conducts in-depth research by combining theories with instances.This study mainly carries on the research from four parts.The first part mainly introduces the development of China's TV legal program in three periods which are the exploration period,the growth period and the prosperity period.Meanwhile,the form of the program is also developing and improving.At present,it can be roughly divided into information TV legal programs,thematic TV legal programs,talk TV legal programs and trial TV legal programs.This paper studies the emphasis of legal programs in different periods and discusses the necessity of legal programs innovation and refinement.The second part takes several programs of the rule of law channel of He Nan Radio and Television Station as instances,and analyzes the deficiency of humanistic care concept in the programs,from three aspects which are the lack of humanistic spirit,weak humanistic consciousness and the neglect of human rights protection by program makers.The lack of humanistic spirit is from the lack of attention to human nature,preaching meaning,and the lack of sense of communication to carry out a detailed case analysis and discussion.The weak humanistic consciousness is expounded from two aspects: the lack of temperature in content and the lack of innovation in form.The producers ignore the protection of human rights and emphasize on the guidance of “Goodness” in human nature and the objectivity of public opinion.The third part is the core part of the whole article,focusing on the connotation of humanistic care,and respectively from the host,program planning and scene setting these three aspects of television legal program to strengthen the humanistic care of the way.The host level is analyzed from the two aspects of enhancing the host's humanistic consciousness and strengthening the host's attention to the character's inner needs.Program planning is to analysis from increasing the "temperature" of the case report and program layout to strengthen the reflection of humanistic care concept of this two aspects.Scene Settings are studied from four aspects which are interview environment,program tone,background music and animation form.The fourth part discusses the enlightenment brought by the humanistic care concept to the development of TV legal programs in China from the development direction of TV legal programs and the whole society's call for humanistic care.The main ways to develop TV legal programs are to dig deep into the program connotations,expand the programs form space,balance the legal principles and senses.At the same time,according to the current social environment,emphatically put forward people's call for humanistic care concept.The concept of humanistic care has been continuously strengthened in many fields of society,and Chinese judicial system has also been gradually enhancing the embodiment of the concept of humanistic care,so as to meet people's psychological and spiritual needs.The embodiment of humanistic care is not a challenge to legal authority,but to treat individuals in the society in a more understanding and tolerant way,so as to make the society more harmonious and beautiful.At present,about the concept of humanistic care in TV legal program study is less,and the theoretical foundation is weak.This paper combined TV legal program and humanism philosophy,which makes people has a more in-depth understanding between the two,and so as to promote more TV legal programs which have "temperature" presentations to the audience.
