There were complex contradictions appeared since the reform and opening up, people strengthened their consciousness of legality at the same time. They began to pay more attention to legal problems, and demanded more legal knowledge. As a basic carrier of media, TV has an indissoluble bond with the legal system. Now, the legal program is very popular on the screen. As the provincial TV was broadcast by the satellite, there were drastic wars for 'eyeballs' of the audience among the provincial TV, local stations and CCTV. Since "Rating is the production capability" became a fashion, it resulted in a series of problems, such as hundreds of shows cloning and vulgarization flocking. However, in terms of the increasing demand of the audience, domestic TV legal program has to take more responsibilities for it. On the one hand, it should push the process of rule by law, and on the other, satisfy audience, be the guarantee of rating, these responsibilities are the duty of the legal programmers. For the moment, still some defects exist in the balance between the high rating and the audiences' satisfaction. With this background, the raising of the "green rating" concept will provide a clear value orientation and appraisal standards for remodeling quality of our legal programs. At this stage in domestic theoretical circles, there isn't a comprehensive conclusion about those problems exist in the legal program and how to cope with them by "green" measures. This thesis wants to do some beneficial attempt for these.The thesis tries to summarize the raising background, connotation and implementation measures of "green rating" through the in-depth interview and content analysis, Also, take legal program's current situation, primary types, the reason that caused problems into account. Take a legal program named "case focus" for example, make a detailed analysis, and summarize from the above analysis to this conclusion: Chinese TV legal program should service the legal construction of our country, and it should take the "green rating" road by style innovation and marketing reinforcement. |
