Internet is a new media of this world, and become an important information channel for many people, especially to undergraduates .,More and more undergraduates capture knowledge and other information by net. Net makes an abroad and profound influence on undergraduates study life ,even on their thoughts and concept.By the internet ,we can learn undergraduates'thoughts and hot things they most care about by rule and line. So that we can communication with them well. By the internet , we can capture many valuable information to enrich resources and eyeshot of our moral education . by the internet ,we can use the characteristics of the net ,such as opening ,alternation ,quickly and so on to develop many form moral education activities and vivid moral education activities.But college moral education also in face of challenge of net. In virtue of the character of virtual network and difficult to direct control, bad or good information full of internet, which make young students difficult to discern true and false . above all, many irresponsible remarks can make young students puzzle headedness, which can undergraduates value view and word view. So the development of this network arose our government regards and attention.,from 1998 to now ,many colleges based their ideology and education webs.This research will review the history of our nation network ideology and education web development and the character of network, 150 samples from 2226 at random will be stat and be analyzed ,from this work ,the writer find many serious problems ,such as web nominal and not have communications and multimedia. I will bring forward four countermeasures for the network developments.
