With the rapid development of the Internet, the network has played an important role in the study, work and life of the teachers and students in colleges and universities, it's a key point that the network posed a great challenge to the traditional mode of ideological and political education. So the ideological and political education in colleges and universities into the network launched a variety of useful attempts, ideological and political education website construction became hot, and the another types of sites flourished. Fortunately, concerned about this situation, and decided to establish our own website that will be suit for ideological and political education.The subject of this study, ideological and political education website, is a sub-site of Campus Network. As a sub-site, not only has her own style, but also solves users' logging, and the college information exchangement. So the main work and achievements of this study are as follows:1. According to the ideological and political education website content and features, we designed a network-based education platform that has functions of teacher-student interaction, psychological counseling and student self-display.2. We studied the development of Web technology based on the. NET,used ASP.NET and C # technology to achieve the web site system in all functional modules. At the same time, we also researched the Web services and the WEB-based encryption technology, and final achieved a system model for exchanging college information and to single sign-on.3. We built up a system demand model with functional analysis, designed the concept structure and logic structure of system database with database theory, as well as the actual situation of our school.4. We researched on how to configure the technology to optimize the system, even to improve system performance.
