Power wave trap coil and coupling filter is the important element in power line carrier systems.The exactly measurement of them is an important part to ensure power line carrier systems and the electric power system operate normally.On the basis of referring to a great deal of litertures and deeply analyzing the charaterisitic and shortcomming of existing the power wave trap coil and coupling filter detection devices ,a fourier transform frequency spectrum analysis is raised in this paper. The applied formula and arithmetic are given and the method validity is approved through emulate in matlab.Combined with system design require characteristic of DSP,the hardware design and software design of device are discussed.As to hardware,the controlling and processing center are TMS320LF2407A,this testing system applies many novel digital technic,such CPLD,DDS,high speed A/D,which elaborate the cell-type signal generator and broad band data acquisition and high speed cache etc.The software is development by C language which the merits of flexibility and assembly language which the merits of suiting for the FIR and FFT algorithms. The software is divided into some different function blocks designed by the way of modularized program. The system main program flow process diagram is present,further more represent the program thought and the program structure. For the feature of the FFT algorithm, the merits and demerits of the improved algorithm is discussed. Anti-interference problem is fully considered in the design and the advantage of DSP in digital processing and controlling is taken full use of ,which makes the whole deviced has a simple structure,good anti-jamming performance and high measurement precision.At last, author summarizes all of this paper and mends the design of this instrument.Some recommendations and advices are presented.
