Power system harmonics not only reduces the production, transmission and utilization efficiency, but also cause severe harm to the normal operation of electrical equipment. Harmonic management is the important means to improve the quality and saving energy,so the research of harmonic management have far reaching social significance and economic significance In this paper,harmonic management of issues related to research ,major ones are as follows:(1) The detection accuracy and detection speed of harmonic currents related to the active filter system performance and targets. In this paper,Fast Fourier Transform algorithm is derived based on a new fast Fourier Transform algorithm. This improved FFT algorithm can effectively reduce the computational complexity greatly enhanced speed of operation of the harmonic currents to improve the speed and the tracking performance of APF. This article also Matlab simulation algorithm, simulation results show that the algorithm of fast and effective.(2) Another important issue of Active Power Filter is the current track, the role of the current track is based on current compensation command signal and actual compensation for the relationship between current, obtained control of the compensation circuit current in all devices in the main circuit of the on-off PWM signal. Current tracking control strategy for determining the performance and efficiency of output HAPF key. In this paper, hysterics PWM current control strategy to improve and solve the fixed hysteresis current control loop width high switching frequency, loss problems.(3) This paper presents a new type of hybrid active filter structure, Proposed non-linear load slip in place of passive filter networks slip Reactor,Significant cost savings.F2812 DSP that TI launched to the market recently is used as the core processor,and the light coupling isolation circuit as well as the inverter bridge circuit which is composed by the intelligent power module(IPM) have been stressed. Carride out the design of software and Matlab simulation for application to lay a solid foundation.
