The sound reinforcement system is widely used in different places in people's lives,and it is closely related to the people's cultural life,and at the same time,it brings a lot of convenience to people's daily cultural activities.The acoustic feedback phenomenon as a unavoidable problem in the sound reinforcement system will continuously produce reverberation,which will have a certain degree of impact on the transmission of audio data.it can cause howling when severe,the sharp and harsh whistle of the howling phenomenoncan not only lead to distortion of the audio signal,affect the auditory effect,but also can destroy the tweeter in the system,resulting in the sound reinforcement system can not work properly.In order to suppress howling in the sound reinforcement system,This paper designed a sound reinforcement system with howling detection and suppression.The system mainly includes a power amplification module and a howling detection and suppression module.The power amplification module uses the classic DMOS set to successfully place the chip TDA7293 as the core,completes the design of circuit diagram and the design of PCB(Printed Circuit Board,printed circuit board);The howling detection and suppression functions are implemented using a more flexible digital signal processing algorithm,among them,the howling detection is implemented by a combination of FFT(Fast Fourier Transformation)and CZT(Chirp z-transform)algorithm,the FFT algorithm performs coarse frequency analysis on the signal,and the CZT algorithm performs spectrum on the signal,while the howling suppression is implemented by IIR filters.This paper simulates the relevant algorithm using MATLAB software platform and transplants the simulated algorithm to the DSP to complete the implementation of the hardware platform of the algorithm.This paper selects the DSP common development board based on TI's TMS320C6748 chip as the hardware platform.After the system is completed,the sound reinforcement system designed in this paper can effectively suppress howling in the sound reinforcement system through testing.
