Interface board bus plays an important role in industrial measurement and control systems, even influences on system's performance in a certain extent. As computer technology grows continually, computer's architecture have also changed obviously, and the multi-bus structure for different speed of devices has been established. ISA bus with low performance will be fall into disuse, but it had been used widely, and large amount of devices equipped by ISA bus also exist. How to transplant ISA bus based interface boards to PCI bus based ones cheaply and rapidly, is a saving stratagem, and has important significance.The dissertation analyzes and studies PCI bus protocol theoretically, and makes a summary about relation and differences between ISA bus and PCI bus. After the methods adopted to develop PCI bus device at the present time are analyzed, a new, cheap and fast blue print is put forward. Finally, in order to validate the effectiveness of control board based on PCI bus, several experiments are done on self-developed reconfigurable digital experimental platform for mechanical electronic measurement and control, and the experimental results of control boards based on ISA and PCI bus respectively are analyzed, which verifies the blue print developed to be feasible.Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) plays more and more important effect in the field of mechanical design and manufacture. The dissertation aims at solving the problems of commercial software can not be well adapted to 2D graphics auto-programming for the numerical control system of laser cutting and laser carving or so. A method is presented to generate numerical control program based on DXF files of AutoCAD software, and carry out CAD/CAM integration. In order to obtain high efficiency and high machining quality, and"what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG)", software simulation for numerical control codes by OpenGL graphics programming technology has accomplished, and 2D laser cutting simulation for thin sheet parts with complex geometrics is achieved, which will be helpful to the development of CAD/CAM technology.
