As a new and expanding high technology, Virtual Reality can be applied in many fields, such as aerospace industry. The technology of Virtual Reality has contributed a lot to reducing the loss, saving the outlay, curtailing the developing cycle and enhancing the products' quality. One important implementation of this novel technology is to emulate some phenomena in manufacturing industry. Among these emulations, the most typical one is to emulate the numeral-controlled process. The emulating system of numeral-controlled machine tools can help the users out of the real production environment in workshops, that is to realize the simulated operation on the real machine tools in a relatively advantageous and safe working environment instead.First ,the thesis introduces the implementary method and the overall structure of the emulated numeral-controlled system .Second, it explains the achievement platform of the emulated Turn-milling.Finally ,it emphatically dissertates the research and realization of the key technology on Turn-milling.The chapter deeply finds out the theory knowledge of the Turn-milling and explores the structure of the NC machine in running. Basing on the emulated numeral-controlled system , the paper builds the model of Turn-milling movement and puts forward a new method of modification entity model during Turn-milling. Thedissertation achieves the entity model's emulation in Turn-milling machining,which completes the emulated numeral-controlled system and strengthens the function obviously. Ihis subject solutes the problem difficult to simulate for Turn-milling machining in the field of NC simulation in our country,so it is a great innovation.
