In this dissertation, the forming reason of Lamb-dip and the basic principle of Lamb dip frequency stabilization are introduced. Then the basic structure and prominent characteristic of Lamb-dip stabilized He-Ne laser made of zerdour are presented. Flyback converter power supplies of laser have been designed by using the IRIS40xx series, including high voltage power supply and low voltage power supply. The output voltages' stability of low voltage power supply in different loads and the output current's stability of high voltage power supply have been tested. The frequency stability of the output light of the He-Ne laser has been tested by using the beat frequency interference experiment, the power stability and reliability of the He-Ne laser in variable temperature environment has also been evaluated. At last, the integrating of the laser and companion circuits has been realized.It has been showed by experiments that the low voltage power supply's output ripple and spike are small and the output voltage is steady. And the efficiency of high voltage power supplyis good, the stability of long work time exceed the level of10-2. The laser's requirement for long time steady work has been satisfied. The relative laser frequency stability has reached to the level of 10-10 in 1 second sampling and 10-9 in 1000 second sampling which has obtained the limitprecision of Lamb-dip stabilized He-Ne laser. The output power stability has exceeded the level of 6% in room temperature and 1% in constant temperature, and the laser can work steadily under the circumstance from +60℃to -40℃.
