Lately, to compare with the conventions power supply, digital laser power supply is more favored. With more intelligence and stability, digital power supply becomes an essential power supply in diode laser power source.At first, the thesis analyzed the demand of the digital application of diode pumped solid states laser power supply. Analyzed the main circuit of the power supply, described the operating principle and hardware architecture of intelligence control system. The power driver in this text can make the output power and temperature self-controled. The circuits is made up of current drive unit and temperature self-control system.The thesis designed a digital laser power supply which has the high opto-electronic efficiency, current-source driver, protection system, laser power feedback, temperature stability control, with SCM as core device of digital laser power supply. Temperature stability system is controlled by the current direction of TE cooler, with negative temperature coefficient thermistor and PID algorithm, to control the operating temperature of laser. Besides these, protection measures are made including turn-on circuit, TE cooler protection circuit, current-limiting circuit, ESD circuit, etc. So better Control Effect mads laser output power stability with±0.5%, single frequency mode with±0.1℃.
