We have developed video encryption algorithm based on the DCT coefficient and video encryption algorithm based on the Huffman code.This paper has developed a DRM system which can take good control of the access to multimedia files and can provide an effective digital rights management.This DRM system is an important components of study and application of DRM in broadband multimedia value-added service platform.
