Nowsdays, digital television has been developed rapidly in our country. The need for high definition television programming couldn't be satisfied. Therefore, it is necessary to design a kind of effective high definition non-lined compile system which is based on network. This kind of system is ungently needed by television makers.This dissertation introduced the design and implemention of bottom software for a kind of high definition non-lined compile system based on jpeg2000 in windows, which would be explained in three aspects including driver design for hardware card in non-lined compile system, capture application and plugin design for non-lined compile software. The driver for hardware card in non-lined compile system could be used in capture for both uncompressed and compressed high definition data. This dissertation first introduced the structure of hardware card in non-lined compile system. Then the driver for the hardware card was designed with techniques including interrupt, DMA, MDL, kernel Event and"multi-frame buffer"which was designed especially for capturing uncompressed high definition data with the speed up to about 125MB/S. The drvier could be used to capture uncompressed high definition data successfully.Capture application was designed in multi-thread structure with the technique called"secondary buffer"for the need of capturing, analyzing, reconstructing and storing at the same time. A J2M reconstruction algorithm was designed to analyse and store the data real-time successfully with the consider of the structure of J2M and encoded stream from hardware card in non-lined compile system.In the process of plugin design, the first import plugin and compile plugin for jpeg2000 were designed in Premiere to complete the work chain of high definition non-lined compile system based on jpeg2000 in windows.In the end, the dissertation summarized the design and implemention of bottom software for high definition non-lined compile system based on jpeg2000 in windows and gave some advice and expections to the possibile improvement and development.
