The prevention of the Gas accident is always the key of the coal mine safety work. In our country, seventy percent of the serious coal mine accidents are caused by the Gas explosion. Considering of the practical situation and the problem of the coal mine monitor system, after detailed investigation and in-depth theory study, the paper introduces a new kind of Gas monitor system, which is based on the Data Fusion method and the Virtual Instrument technology. The system makes up the network with CAN Fieldbus, whose sensor nodes take charge of data acquisition and substation nodes are responsible for the parameters'display and the CAN communication with the monitor center. This efficiently improves the transmission rate and strengthens the anti-interference ability in a large degree. In the monitor center, the system adopts the Patch Estimation Theory and the BP Neural Network to deal with the data, which is realized on the LabVIEW software interface. At last, it gets the simulation result and gives the safety status information. According to the experiment data and the simulation result, the system is safe, reliable, accurate and easy to expand. It has significant meanings to coal mine's formal production and worker's life safety. |
