Biochemical analyzer is one of the most important clinical diagnosis equipment of medical institutions, it analyzes blood and other body fluids to measure biochemical parameters such as albumin, hemoglobin, glucose, calcium, urea, bilirubin and so on. When the body tissue lesions, the patient's body fluids of biochemical parameters will be changing. Detects these biochemical parameters accurately and rapidly, can provide scientific basis for doctors to diagnosis and determine the patient's condition.Only at the specific temperature(usually 25℃, 30℃, 37℃) the samples and reagents are tested, can we get a reliable test result. So the temperature control system became an important part of biochemical analyzer. In this paper, we mainly studied a temperature control system based on AVR, and the control precision is±0.1℃can meet the needs of clinical practice.This paper first briefed biochemical analyzer's developing process, operating principle and classification, then discussed the design of the temperature control system, finally combined PID control algorithm the temperature control system meets the accuracy requirements.The test results proves that, the temperature control system can control the temperature fluctuations within±0.1℃under the analyzer's normal working temperature, it also has reference value to the relevant issues and applications.
