With the systematic reform, tobacco industry pays more attention to market and the decision maker increasingly recognizes that enterprise should establish customer-oriented operation mode and improve the competitiveness of tobacco business to satisfy the customer need and increase the profit. In this paper, author suggests to an integrated marketing platform around all the business process. This platform uses the currently advanced application integrated framework-J2EE, Web Service technique to accomplish data communication with outer system, and XML technique to different data's conversion and integration.This paper just focuses on to study how to use the above techniques to develop this platform and accomplish the following functions:Firstly use the multiply tiers framework-J2EE, based on scientific management of customers, design a budget plan, sales management, customer management, service management, decision-making and analysis of five functional modules with background data centers combined analysis system.Secondly establish a data center to manage all the data in business and accomplish data's collection, conversion and integration.Thirdly analyze business information and mining. Analyze the data in the data center according to different level and scope, and represent varying report to service business and decision.The system uses advanced three B/S system structure and the three-tier architecture of J2EE development, deployment platform with good resources reusability, scalability and security.
