RCB VIP Marketing Management System Design And Implementation

With the development of information and technology, the enterprise becomes more competitive for the client. It led to the financial market competition pattern in our country started from financial products to the customer as the center, and all kinds of VIP marketing management(VIPMM) system is created. Now the VIPMM work of the rural commercial bank(RCB) is still in the primary stage. And compared with other nationalized bank, it has some problem, such as big customer service, team service system construction and etc. So research and design a VIPMM system of RCB is very urgent.The VIPMM system is designed based on the characteristics of present China's RCB. This paper analyzed the theory, the present situation and limitations of domestic and foreign VIPMM. And discussed the main function module and business process of VIPMM. Then the VIPMM, the business process and system characteristic of present China's rural credit cooperatives are investigated. Combined with the above information, demand analyses of the system were processed. Such as the system function, the system characteristic, and key technology. The system is designed with the three-tier architecture of B/S model based on MVC model. Oracle is adopted as database system, Myeclipse 10 is adopted as developing tool, SSH(Struts2+spring +hibernate) frame are adopted as application pr ogram developing language, HTML+ CSS+Javascript+Ajax are adopted as web page developing language.Following the system demand analyses, the function modules and business process of VIPMM system of the RCB is designed, the system outline design and submodular detail design is completed, and the summary model, the logic model and physical model of VIPMM database system is designed. The VIPMM system of RCB is designed into five subsystems: Customer development management, Customer resource management, Customer service management, Evaluation analysis management and Basic configuration management. The decision tree classification algorithm is adopted in the evaluation analysis management subsystem.According to the requirement of detail design and the principle of system design, the system business and system security are analyse d. Then set user permissions which can facilitate programmers understand. Based on the user permissions and the VIPMM system of RCB is divided into the following submodules: Client manage ment module, Employee business processing module, service management module, Basic configuration management module(Information administrator module) and Super administrator module.In this paper, there are many advantages of VIPMM system of RCB are design ed. Firstly, it can be run on various operating systems and most of the present browser. Second, it can reduce the employee's workload. Thirdly, it is an easy operation, convenient, full-featured, and safe and efficient system.
