Professional Mobile Radio(PMR) is an important part of mobile communication system and has a vast market desire. Trunked radio system is a high level development stage for the PMR system. Digitization of the tunked radio system brings many advantages just as the digitization of cellular system. Currently, there are several typical trunked radio system, such as iDEN, TETRA, GT800 and GoTa. Compared digital trunked system with current analog private mobile system, the digital trunked system has the advantage of abundant business kinds, preferable secrecy, excellent anti-interference and efficient spectral. However, we have lagged behind the foreign countries in researches and development of the digital mobile communication system. At present, some experimental systems are being used or to be set up. Many key techniques are still in the preliminary stage. No experiences can be borrowed for regulating, building and operating the large sized commercial systems. Because of poor technology, we still have to leran and follow foreign industries.Consequently, the thesis compares and contrasts the present digital trunking standards and types upon the summary of digital trunked systems at home and abroad. In course of our study, we focus on the GoTa technological criteria, which based on CDMA.At first the general flow of CDMA radio network design is given. Based on the theoretical analysis and of the building experience, a better GoTa Trunked radio network building sheme of Jina City used in urban districts is given. The scheme is wholly simulated by using soft and hard methods. The simulation results are shown and analyzed. It shows that the scheme has the characteristics of easy realization and excellent performance.
