Private Trunking Communications System is mainly used in an industry or department as a command and dispatch system.This kind of system is used by special working group for their direction dispatching.From a technical point of view,private trunking communications system has some special features,such as the user priority identification and high customized requirements,which can not be realized by public communications.There are not only four kinds of traditional services but also professional services like group calling,broadcasting calling,private calling and etc in private trunking communications system.Aiming at design target of system capacity maximization and transmission delay minimization,radio resource management method in base station of private trunking communications system will schedule the radio resource according to service QoS requirement and radio channel state and provide QoS guarantee of service transmission.This thesis investigates characteristic and system types,service QoS requirements and radio resource scheduling method.The main work includes following aspects.Firstly,the characteristics and system types of private trunking communications system are presented.Secondly,wireless service QoS requirements and pervious work on radio resource management methods are investigated.Design requirement of resource scheduling method for private mobile radio network is discussed.Thirdly,basic models of wireless services and mathematical model of different kinds of services are analyzed.Fourthly,based on the analysis of system performance of system capacity and transmission delay,a long-term and short term adaptive scheduling algorithm(LSAS)is proposed.The priority calculation method and flowchart are given.Simulation results showed that it had advantages of capacity enhancement under transmission delay constrains.
