The condition of radio battery is quite essential in the private network digital trunked communication which is mainly used in special duty task of public security system and transportation etc.For example, in order to guarantee the process of task is absolutely reliable in public security system, the batteries must be sure executable and stable. So the health states of each radio battery require to be controlled by the administrator of the radio cluster, so that the possible problems of battery can be handled immediately.The purpose of this project is to develop a portable and reliable battery monitoring module, basing on the characteristics of smart battery. Different from the former tools which need additional hardware to support, this system can collect the batteries data only through the radio air interface, according to the demand of the cluster administrator.The main aims of this thesis:① To briefly introduce the current situation of communication industry, to analyze advantages of the digital communication cluster. At the same time, to expound the main researching content and structure of the whole paper.② To analyze the related technologies that implement the whole system, including DMR protocol, smart battery introduction, encryption algorithm and deploy mode for radio trunked system etc.③ To describe the various requirements of users, including the function and non-function requirements. At the same time, to make a hierarchical design of the overall architecture.④ To design and implement functional requirements, including to process the communication message, to access the battery status, battery data, as well as the related component interaction interface and the definition of communication messages. And also to design based on the reliability of the communication security and transmission.⑤ To design and realize the function of the whole system. Users can accomplish the entire battery data acquisition through the server, the user can deploy the system according to the different network structure system deployment.
