Along with the deployment of communication and new service, and the mutual reaction of market and technology, some new characteristics in the future communication field gradually come out. On one hand , the users with the traditional wide band that connecting the user fixedly have turned out being not content with using the wide band service merely within the fixed environment such as in the family or in the office and so on .While they hope to have motion service with the wide band. On the other hand, the traditional mobile subscribers are not satisfied with the simple sound, the short note and the low-speed data services, hoping to have the higher-speed data service. These changes of the user's demands cause the fixed broadband service and motion service tend to fuse in the technology and the service. The wide band mobilization and the motion wide band gradually tend to become two domain technological development fields, and they will supplement and promote mutually.In the motion wide band aspect, 3GPP/3GPP2 has already formulated the technical standards of 1xEV-DO, HSDPA/HSUPA and so on, and has realized the wide band data transmission under the motion environment. In the wide band mobilization aspect, the IEEE 802 work teams have successively formulated technology standards of the WLAN and WiMAX and so on, aiming at gradually accomplishing the wide band mobilization along such an evolution route from fixation, to nomad/ portability, and to motion. And IEEE 802.16 WiMAX is the important milestone of wide band motion. It promotes the evolution and development of the motion wide band. Along with the opening of the telecommunication market and the fast development of the correspondence and information technology, high-speed broadband accesses are emerging unceasingly. Meanwhile the wide band wireless access system with its quick construction speed, the low operation cost, the quick investment recycle and so on has attracted attention in many ways, and has the broad prospect in the fields of high- speed internet access, information electrical appliances network, motion work, military, disaster relief, spatial exploration and so on. In the research process, this topic develops focusing on the research of the application of WiMAX's commercial operation in the perspective of the commercial operation. First, it thoroughly analyzes the critical space interfacing of WiMAX separately from the two gauges of fixation and motion. Second, it studies its application pattern basing on the wireless access characters of WiMAX wide band. Then, on the basis of actual experimental network and of analyzing the WiMAX covering power, it proposes the WiMAX development strategy of the domestic operation business, the service orientation, and also analyzes application examples. Finally, it carries on a thorough discussion concerning the problems of the network test and the network security that the operation business is involved in actual operations.
