The Design And Research Of PACS For Teaching

Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS)is one of the focus in digital hospital construction.Presently PACS mainly bases on Client/Server model.It requires professional technician to set up complex client program.So it is not convenient for extension and maintenance.Applies to Browser/Server based PACS can manage medical image information in larger scale.It can reduce requirement for client station hardware,is easier for installation,upgrade and maintenance.Well effection was acquired by application in some medical college anhui province.It is improtant for future PACS.This thesis emphsis is on the comprehension,the analysis and the storage of information and organizating structure of DICOM image files.And study parse algorithmic carefully.File reading method is optimized.Mere is droped,parse efficiency is improved.DICOM file is saved in database.Security is improved contrast with file management.This system integrates the J2EE,Extensible Markup Language technology,digital image processing technology and database management technology,and meanwhile it complies with the MVC design pattern.It also apply component technologies like javeTag,javaBean,etc.in the system to ensure the good maintainability and scalability of the system,this thesis also research on data schema of electronic medical record based on XML.The results of running shows that this thesis makes in-depth discussion and trial on the implementation of a high efficient and practicable Storage and Management System of Web PACS.This thesis exerts a realistic and instructive effect on the application of computer technology in the field of the medical informationization and medical education.
