Chonggang company has been a history over hundred years and become an extra large-scale united enterprise of iron and steel works, now it has yearly formed a steel scale of 3 million tons in throughput and a complete production system. The mother-subsidiary company was applied in management system, there were twenty-eight subsidiary company, in which sixteen in complete qualifications and twelve in control section. There were twenty eight thousand people in Chonggang company, but until now the traditional mode has still been used to manage the manpower resource in decentralization. Because of the wide in involved management, complex in management relations, great in workload, more in middle tache, slow in information transfer, and poor in data uniqueness, it was difficult to understand variation situation of manpower resource for manager, and short of scale standard in scientific management of reasonable unification. The above actuality was far not able to adopt the development demand of large scale production, and seriously affected the modernization course of company development. In face of itself existent problem and good development opportunity brought by environment, now it is an effective tool to resolve existent problem to construct the human resource management information system.Aimed at the operation management course of human resource in Chonggang company, based on ORACLE database, by means of MIS technology, this paper designed corresponding management module for effectively managing human resource.It discussed the related principle and method simply, designed the whole management platform, network structure, system architecture, as well as application modules of HRMS. According to people centered, starting from design idea to pursue enterprise profit maximum, it made all-sided design and programming to basic information of human resource, science and technology management, labor contract, training, insurance, and wage income etc. The following work has been completed.1. Based on the operation requirement analysis, designed collectivity architecture of HRMS.2. Under the condition of making the best of informationization resource inexistence, it made detail design to computer network, system platform of software and hardware, database management system, operation management function module and security safeguard system.3. In terms of practicability principle, the input information and report form mode was designed. Finally it realized a prototype system of HRMIS.The HRMIS combined management and industry experience with information technology by means of flexible mode, it effectively integrated the above factors and realized the recombining of informaionization and operation management course. It offered the ensuring of technical tool for managing manpower resource effectively. The system implement made that it is higher in management efficiency, more saving in manpower resource and office cost. It is successful to the research and actualization for system, and promoting that it speeds the informationization construction step.
