As a result of the rapid development of our country's economy, logistics system plays an increasingly important role in the entire production and the circulation of goods, and more and more automated sorting systems are used in modern logistics system. Therefore, researching sorting system and its control system, finding a way to improve the sorting system to makes it more automated and more efficient, becomes an important researching direction. This article mainly has carried on the following aspect research work in foundation of summing up achievements:1.In order to make the performance of the whole material sorting control system achieve the requirement, every joint motors are used PMSM. In foundation of the dq mathematical model of rotor in PMSM and on the basis of the characteristics of PMSM system for multi-variable, non-liner and strong coupling, through rotating coordinate transformation and the application of control theory, analyzed the vector control theory of PMSM, given the characteristics and the implementation for i_d= 0 based on directional rotor magnetic field, detailed inferred transfer function of every module in condition of i_d= 0, established decided to use the vector control program of i_d= 0 based on directional rotor magnetic field.2. Discussed the design of PMSM servo system, given the design of current regulator, speed regulator, position regulator. Designed the module of coordinate transformation according to coordinate transformation formula, and designed the module of inverter according to the principles and requirements of pulse width modulation (PWM), enhanced the performance of servo system, and simulated the system with Matlab/Simulink.3. Designed and simulated the entire control system of the mechanical arm. Designed the module of angle calculation according to simplified spatial geometric relations, and designed the modules of angle assigned of every servo motor with the method of regulating time and delaying time, then simulated the operating condition of the system by selecting special number.
