Along with the rapid development of mobile communication technologies, mobile handsets are becoming increasingly indispensable for people.As an emerging industry, mobile payment business will make remarkable progress in the next few years.This innovative use of technology, the core competitiveness of the theory and methods of access to mobile payment system already exists in the current issue of background.This research addresses the 2G, 2.5G and 3GPP standard for mobile communication systems, WAP service architecture, USSD and SMS access application, J2ME mobile terminal system architecture, general and custom terminal application, the security solution of mobile terminals; With a general analysis of the mobile communication environment, this paper describes a mobile payment business solution supporting multiple access modes, which particularly addresses the characteristics of mobile payments.It solves difficult technology problems for a 7*24 service available system. Taking the advantages of Java dynamic class loading technology, this system is able to supports the dynamic service updating on demand of business changes.It solves difficult technology problems for high reliability and performance. Through the study of service system architecture, a highly reliable access system with high performance and flexibility was implemented, based on the open source light weight container -Spring.It proposes an integrated access solution for mobile payment on the safe implement. It proposes an integrated access solution for mobile payment - a solution supports multiple access modes. This project designed and implemented a mobile payment access system by specifying different solutions for each access mode including SMS, IVR, WAP, USSD and K-Java.To access this system through technical innovation research work, proposed a set of Mobile Payment System Integrated Access solutions. Through technical innovation and other means to improve the Mobile Payment System Integrated Access product core competitiveness, and for the future access to a variety of mobile communication terminals and laying of a solid foundation.
