Thisarticle will introduce a kind of control system, which is applied to artificial simulation rainfall experiment, based on strength control software and apply available experiment devices of artificial rainfall simulation. And it will connect frequently– used equipment for experimentwith industry control software, reform the control system, add auto-control steps and solve the inconvenient problems of size of rainfall strength. Thus, it will realize the double-control of system's manual and automation for different period, different rainfall strength and different distribution. Adopting control system can meet the demand of artificial rainfall simulation experiment better.This system will be built on a natural slope. Ti is about 10 meters high. The experiment field is 20 meters long and 5 meters wide. And the effective rainfall area will be 100 m2. The rainfall system will be fixed on the trestle of rainfall device. And the sprinkler head selected heads are very closely to X-type ones, which is made up of three different spray nozzles bore diameter and can simulate the rainfall strength ranged between 30 ~ 240mm/h. A kind of auto-control equipment of using transducer for artificial rainfall simulation has been developed, which has adopted advanced close-circle auto-control theory and technology. According to the final and practical rainfall control as well as each rainfall part, the equipment will overcome the random influences of many links from the origin to sprinkler heads.The experiment results show the main capacity index of this device will be superior to other rainfall systems at home and abroad. And it is an important experiment device for earth eroding and scientific research. The artificial rainfall simulation can overcome the shortcomings, shorten experiment period and accelerate the research speed. Therefore it has a rather important meaning in water and soil maintenance as well as scientific exploitation of water resources.
