I work in the construction of information system for disaster prevention and mitigation related units of work, industries involved using the intention of radar products is also very urgent, so the development of analysis system of radar products demand.This paper starting from the working principle and the mapping principle of radar, the paper sets forth the principle of radar echo, and figure how to generate radar echo. Through the understanding of the two principles, and combined with the domestic and foreign research results of radar echo, compiled a set of rainfall echo and noise screening rules, the calculation method of equivalent and the radar echo of rainfall.
