Model Construction Of Wuhan Tobacco Group Coordination-ERP System

The Wuhan Tobacco Group coordination-ERP system is precisely the most advantageous model practice under the background.The thesis includes the following research contents and study results. Firstly, the domestic and international present condition of tobacco information is studied. Besides, the actual business of Wuhan Tobacco Group model is abstracted and explored. Secondly, some integration technology is studied combined with the present situation of Chinese tobacco information coordination, such as, coordination, SOA, EAI, workflow. Thirdly, a set of coordination-ERP system according with Wuhan Tobacco Group is formulated and some recommendation is proposed towards its realization. The ERP enterprise resource system mainly contains: strategy management and decision system of enterprise managing layer; financial affairs, MRPII, management of purchase, sales and stock, coordination business, project management and resource management of operation layer; MES system and facilities management of production layer.The Wuhan Tobacco Group coordination-ERP system model adopts closely integrated application workflow to perform business applications through freely-made form and workflow. These applications include knowledge management, project management, document management, file management and so on. All the business applications are reflected by the common information gateway. These integrated applications take the workflow management as the core, united as one body closely.The model also integrates all the data in the loose application system by the means of data integration to reflect them in the common information gateway, which is called loose application data integration. SQL sentence is the directive of data integration, which is not needed to be written in the development layer but assigned in the applied layer. The data that can be integrated may be stock, purchase, sale, production, staff and so on.In addition, the model has open application service integration. By the opening way, each independent function entity is integrated. When it is operated, each open application software system is transferred through WEB. These systems may be ERP, SCM or CRM. The plan has obtained the company's and the customers' confirmation at the end of July. Now the project has already been designed and developed in detail and will be achieved in the end.
