The Design And Implementation Of The Production Internship System For Students In Vocational Colleges

It is an important part for the teaching job in vocational colleges to perform the production internship projects. But the managements of the production internship project in most vocational colleges still remain a simple condition as establishing the relevant WORD or Excel files to record the situation of the students' production internship project regularly by using the computer technology. The dynamic information of the students in the internship organizations such as students' practical jobs trajectories and salaries, the working realities, exchanges and communications between the guiding teachers and students can't be tracked in time. In addition, the students have no supervisions and monitoring on the managements of the production internship project. When problems occur, the responsibilities are not clear, very complex situations will appear. So the key point of the problem is that the data link of the students from the production internship project to their jobs didn't get through.The amount of data is growing day by day with the steady progress of the informatization of the vocational colleges. The effective reasonable mining use of relevant data will bring great convenience for the managements and strategies of production internship project in vocational colleges in the age of big data.A production internship management system is designed in this paper to provide a comprehensive production internship information management platform for the managers of the practical teaching in colleges, guiding teachers, employment management department, the internship organizations, the parents and the students,etc.. This system greatly integrates the information of vocational college teachers,enterprises, parents and students. It analyzes the functional modules according to the relevant departments and personnel involved in the system. So it can make sure to meet the needs of users and the use of the desired level.The system consists of several technologies. Microsoft SQL Server 2008 is used for the database storage which is a highly efficient and intelligent data management platform system that is popular now. The background developing language is C#based on Asp.Net and the front is the integration of HTML and the JQuery framework.The overall framework is the three layers framework technology as the interface and data interaction are based on Ajax and Web Service technology to form a complete business process. The system adopts B/S mode, so that users can complete the corresponding operation with personal computers and mobile phones.The central theme of this paper is the design and implementation of the production internship management system of the vocational colleges. Firstly the background and the present situation of the study of the production internship management in vocational colleges are introduced as well as the development prospect. Secondly the basic technology and system modules of the system are shown.In chapter 3 there are the requirements analysis of the system and then the overallarchitecture and related technologies. The fourth chapter elaborates on the implementation method of the system including the production internship management, attendance signing of the students, weekly record of production and the implementation of tracking the enterprises, etc. It's summarized in the fifth chapter and the applications of the system are prospected, too.
