As one of the most important equipments, Air blower of colliery is the most efficient way to prevent gas from congregating and exploding. The monitoring and control system of air blower real-time detect parameters of power supply, control system, air blower, air pressure under mine. The monitoring and control system ensures the air blower working safely, and improves the management level. It is significant to the safety and management of mine.The software adopted UML object oriented modeling thought and constructed the model that reflects static structure and dynamic characteristics. Based on the model analysis, a monitoring and control software is designed and suitable for the mine. The software is of the function of data acquisition and dealing, user interface, alarming. Simultaneously data base is achieved by SQL Server. ActiveX component, Web technology implemented remote browsing in the client' explore.This thesis did in-depth research on the modeling and design process of the software. In the research, development procedure is divided into three phases: requirements analysis phase, abstracting requirements and definitude objective of software design; UML analysis phase, constructing static and dynamic models for the system; In the implementation phase, completing programming of every modules in the software under Visual C++6.0.By use of the software, the operators can supervise the running of the air blower, which enormously improves the work environment. At the same time, the information of air blower can be browsed. The software has worked in the scene and the results indicated that the system is stable and reliable when running.
