The Implementation Of Gas Integrated Monitoring System Of Colliery Based On SCADA/HMI

Monitoring system is the base establishments of industry-enterprise information management. It is an importance part of enterprise information construction supported by development of industry-enterprise network. It is a kind of integration technology which involves the technologies of field-bus, computer, communication, database, multimedia, control and network etc. The structure of monitoring system is divided into two layers of information and control. Information network is at the up layer of industry-enterprise network and is he carrier of transmission and sharing of enterprise data. Control network is at the under layer of industry-enterprise network, integrates with information layer, is operated by information, and has the characteristic of independence and integrity.The main work of this paper is to research the real-time monitoring system of undermine facilities. This system uses the SCADA/HMI software------iFIX as the dataintegration platform, to publish and share the real time information of each monitoring point on LAN, so that the integration of monitoring system is achieved.The resolution scheme, which includes software and hardware for network and integration of the monitoring system, is designed by the monitor facilities in existence of LuDong colliery. The scheme using SCADA/HMI software and Websites as the network platform, through OPC , Web Services, XML technologies, achieve the target of multi monitoring data shared by different program on internet. This scheme includes the data acquisition of different style signal, signal modulating and insulating, data transfer, equipment operation status real-time monitoring, data managing and network monitoring.Star topology is used in this monitoring network. On control layer, the SCADA server of iFIX, joined with KJ101 system by RS232 field bus, is the center of real-time data server. On information layer, the WEB server is the center of fusing the real-time monitoring data, video frequency and GIS data to realize information construction of enterprise.
