Research Of Technique About Applications For Telecommunication (Line) Resource Management System On GIS

GIS(Geographic Information System) is a method analyzing and research problems of geographic environment.This task roots from the practical project of DaQing Petroleum Administration Bureau Telecommunication Company named "Telecommunication Line Resource Management System(TLRMS)". We emphasized to resolved the pivotal technique of applications.Based on the practical requirement of telecommunication line establish maintenance and management, The dissertation expounded the necessities introducing GIS and designing TLRMS. The holistic project detailed design solution and basic functions with the TLRMS on GIS is given in this paper.It proved that the final TLRMS is a kind of new integrated management system which can realized many kinds of function. This system combined the line resource topology relationship with the information of its accessorial properties completely. We solved the questions of data input renew query and statistics. And we realized the network management and long-distanced data renew via LAN. The total system can be simply operated conveniently used.
