GIS system increases the level of information and the efficiency, to provide a strong theoretical basis for the decision-making of the operators. Deal position with GIS (Geographic Information System)'s the visualization and easy operation features combination with business processes, that will changes the status of enterprise management, improves work efficiency and gives leadership to provide a favorable basis for decision-making and ultimately enable enterprises benefit from it.China's cooking oil processing enterprises are in the environment of increasingly fierce market opportunities, price and service level challenge, and they must change and improve the business model and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The introduction of GIS technology, can conduct direct sales and accurate statistics, so as to provide the basis information to the sales staff to overall grasp sales, marketing for the company to develop a reasonable plan to provide protection. Improve enterprise competitiveness in the industry, so that enterprises can adapt to changes in the market development requirements.Dissertation is finished soybean geographic information systems design and implementation of the work is designed and implemented a query-based operation of positioning maps module, distance freight calculations, logical reasoning, and functional design charts. Positioning module of inquiry set up and completed the graphics and the links between object properties and the query process-- application of geographic information to inquiries and statistics sales. the operation on the user's query and so on is based on map graphical interface to complete. A visual system can adapt to a very good business-Africa information needs of professionals to meet the development requirements of enterprises to meet the competitive needs. According to the data query functions, the freight transportation distance and charts output, enterprises can accurately grasp their own sales, rational analysis, develop response plans, thereby enhancing the resilience of the market and increase competitiveness. To finish the system, the system introduces Microsoft SQL Server2000 as the database platform. In data management documents and relational databases using a combination of methods, spatial data through document management, time data and non-spatial attribute data using database management. Finally, the system has been tested and installed, solve problems arising during the installation process. In data management, relational database combined with files, file storage space for data is used and existing relational database management system is used to management attribute data. This designs approach to facilitate data management and sharing.The system can directly show out the contrast the analysis about enterprise information data in the form of a map. And automatically calculated transport distance and transport prices in the map, so that decision-makers at a glance to see that the required information. Soybean deals of GIS system not only improved efficiency, more on the enterprise business decision-making to a new level.
