Human resource management are key elements in the modern enterprise management. These days, geographic information industry develops fastly, at the same time, the internal management of information services companies gradually become standardized, scientific and informational. The traditional personnel management and file management are replaced by human resources management. Modern human resource management system is the main technical support of corporate human resources management. This system is based on information technology, computer technology and network technology. Correspondently, information technology, human resources management system with high information technology can better improve the efficiency of human resource management, and to promote management decision-making more scientific and modernization.The aim of this project is to solve the problem of process-oriented and multi-functional of human resource management for Chengdu Hanmer Geographic Information Science and Technology Co., Ltd.(HMKJ).We design and develop a human resource management system for HMKJ. Starting from the actual human resource needs of HMKJ, we analyze the objective of the system, which is direct to employees training needs for geographic information services as well as scientific and technological knowledge characteristics of workers in such industry. We construct this system based on B/S three-tier structure, use the Spring+Hibernate development frameworks, take JSF technology as presentation layer and Java as a implementation plan of business logic layer. Take full account of the scalability of the system, we abstract different levels of model, which can make other services to extend easily. The framework of full text are as follows:Chapter1Introduction. This chapter introduces the research background and research status of the problem, besides, it gives a summary of the goals and research design of the full text. Chapter2. Related technology of system development.This chapter analyzes major research technology and development tools. Chapter3. HRM system analysis in HMKJ. Based on the interview, we propose the needs of human resource management system in HMKJ. We also summarize the design flow of system. Chapter4. HRM system design in HMKJ. In this chapter, we introduce overall design of HMKJ. Then we suggest the input/output design and key interface of system. Chapter5HRM system development in HMKJ. This chapter focuses on the main program interface and related analysis chart and analysis table. At the same time, the chapter also describes the expansion of the human resource management system and critical program algorithm and code. Chapter6. HRM system implementation, maintain and evaluation in HMKJ. This chapter is a test of the system. We discussed the effect and maintain of the implementation of the human resources management system. We also propose a simple introduction to the system test environment and test methods. Chapter7Conclusion. We conclude what we have done in the whole process.
