Our country traffic accident has been continues increasing since the middle term of 1980'. Traffic accident death toll exceed 100,000 people over the past 2001 in a row for 3 years , the number of wounded people every year amounts to 500,000, direct economic losses already is up to more than $3,000,000,000.
