Entrance globalization times, the information of communication between nations have an tremendous effect on politics, economy, culture, society and military affairs. China's English-lauguage TV channel was very importance on international communication and the production of national image. The International Communication Situation and Development of China's English-lauguage TV channel is a great model to other media of international communication. China's first English TV channel-CCTV-9 introduce a brand new chapter to the development history of China's English-lauguage TV media.This paper aims to study the flow of media. Particularly, the CCTV-9's channel shape and programme conrent will be studied by theoretics frame and content analyse.
