With the implementation of the new curriculum reform of our country and the applications of modern webcourse, new factors exert on schools and instructors, and bring new demands and challenges. How to promote teachers'development and improve the teachers'leadership under modern education environment, so that they can respond the new factor that affect school and class more effectively, is a problem waiting for studying currently. Therefore, around the proposition, the thesis has accomplished the following job in several aspects mainly on the basis of reading large amount of relevant documents and investigations:Firstly, the author expatiates the history of the teacher leadership and the theoretical basis and design principles of webcourse;Secondly, the writer analyzes the current situation, problem and developing trend of the teacher leadership, and redefine the meaning and content of the school teacher leadership;Thirdly, according to the adult learning theory and the webcourse design principles, the author preliminary design the moodle-based webcourse for the goal to improve the teachers leadership;Fourthly,the writer chooses moodle platform as the course manage system, and used it to support teachers make them can keep learn at any time and any where;Lastly, the author discusses the deficiencies of this study, and makes prospects for future research.In short, this thesis made a new exploration on how to improving the teachers'leadership under the information technology environment.
