Moodle is an opening code software package and is used for constructing curriculums which are based on the internet; it's frame and development are according to social constructivism educational philosophy . Moodle focuses on providing a platform for teachers to organize the curriculum and teaching activities by a simple interface and a good internet environment. Moodle also can create a virtual learning environment for teachers and students to exchange and cooperate.This thesis discusses the investigation of virtual curriculum and correlative questions which are based on Moodle platform in theoretical and practical aspects.(1)Theoretical aspect: The thesis mainly expounds the basic theory of network learning environment, the characteristic of the network learning environment , and analyzes the relations between Moodle and the teaching design theory , the constructivism theory, the social constructivism theory. Meanwhile the thesis proposes the principles of network curriculum teaching design which needs to be pay more attention.(2)Practical aspect: The thesis mainly discusses theMoodle---the establishment of the network instructionalplatform which source code is opening, constrcts the information technology curriculum network platform of Jiang Pu high school. The network curriculum named 《 Information Technology (Compulsory ) 》which is used in ordinary high school and based on the Moodle and it is according to the design principle and students development requirement.
