With industrial production and automation technology, industrial control software, a breakthrough development. However, because of their different times by the legacy problem is that they can not achieve information sharing and interoperability, will inevitably hinder the development of enterprises and automation technology. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to integrate multiple heterogeneous systems to work best together to create an integrated automation system.Articles by Wu River Integrated Automation System project as background, analysis of different control systems through systems integration issues and the overall development of the current domestic and foreign, combined with the project requirements, the industrial Ethernet as a unified network platform, using OPC technology as multiple heterogeneous unified communication interface control system.I tested the system by testing the reliability and real-time and successfully applied to engineering practice,. The fifth chapter in the article directly referred to this project as an example, to achieve a number of heterogeneous fieldbus systems integration.
