Research Of Heterogeneous System Integration Based On Ethernet And OPC

With the development of network-based control,in the field of industrial-control,a variety of control systems and kinds of fieldbuses Collaboratived each other.As a result of different networked structure and communication protocol,those systemes can not achieve information sharing and inter-operation,and which seriously restricts the development of enterprise automation.The ultimate goal of Networked-Control is to integrat the various isolated heterogeneous systems and play with the overall effect,and ultimately establish integrated automation system. Therefore,in the major industrial companies,how to protect existing investment maximum,and integret other systemes together,has becomed a long-term problems in the future.In this paper,the integration of heterogeneous control system technology has been comprehensive studied,and an in-depth research which focus on the integration of three control systems PLC,DCS,FCS system was done.It is proposed that make industrial Ethemet as the network platform of the heterogeneous systems and protocols in the network structure.In the communication interface,OPC technology has been made use of to a unified communication interface for heterogeneous control system.OPC DA and DX,the two norms,respectively,were used to realize integration of the control system in the vertical and horizontal directions.At the same time,the reaserch of enterprise information network and integrated control networks was done.Issues is from a smelter automation project.I had participated in the project from start to finish during designing and debuging,so thinking of this subject is directly from practical engineering.In the article,the project was refered directly as an example in the final chapter.In this project,three types of heterogeneous systems integration and centralized monitoring which consists of a PLC control systems of sintering workshop,DCS systems of sulfuric acid plant and FCS system of smelting workshop,were achieved,which directly applied the proposal designed in this paper, and achieved the transparent visit from the management layer to the control site.
