Research Of Communication Principle Of FieldBus Control System

On the basis of the development of computer technology, control technology, network and communication technology, control-network technology has made great strides, which made the control-network and information network the integration that has become the hotspot of the control-network.In this paper, depending on the basis of FieldBus Control System and the Protocol of Ethernet, I completed the communication of different FieldBus Control Systems and the integration to control-network and Ethernet. To popularization, the paper introduced the Ethernet to the media for completing the communication of different FieldBus Control Systems. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper has analyzed and researched completely to different control system in the field of industrial control. Reviewing the phytogeny of process control, this paper has presented background, character, performance, framework and direction of FieldBus Control System and Ethernet completely and discussed inevitability to intervention in the field of industrial control of the Ethernet.Secondly, FF, PROFIBUS, CAN, WORLDFIP, P-NET and INTERBUS had been introduced in brief in this paper.Thirdly, for the difficulty to the communication with different FieldBus Control Systems, the communication has been implemented in this paper. Introducing serial port communication and the method of implementing, the paper implemented the communication with Ethernet and FieldBus at lastly. In this paper, several integrations to FieldBus and Ethernet had been presented.
