Design And Realization Of Smart Home Gateway Based On CAN-BUS

This paper analyzes Smart Home control system present situation and its merit and shortcoming, adopts integrated control scheme on Smart Home gateway based on CAN-BUS. In order to insulate diversity of Controlled object and reduce the system complexity, the scheme introduces interface module of Smart Home.In order to improve the reliability of Smart Home gateway, the scheme divides it from Smart Home gateway by key control and remote control. The scheme adopts CAN-BUS as internal bus of Smart Home, which reduces the cost of Smart Home system, and meets extensibility of system. And using the character of multi-host of CAN-BUS, it can achieve plug and play function of Smart Home.The hardware of Smart Home gateway uses S3C44BOX of ARM7, which integrates Ethernet driver and CAN-BUS driver. Using Power Over Ethernet, this paper uses centralized power scheme. Given the point of debugging and using, the hardware part is added debugging circuit and temperature examination and alarm clock function. The software of Smart Home gateway adopts delamination design concept and trisects the software of Smart Home gateway: operation system, bottom driver, high application; According to delaminate design, this paper transplantsμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system and TCP/IP protocol successfully .And TCP/IP protlcol is packaged to API function for using esaily. All hardware is packaged to driver program, which can shield different bottom hardware and transplant conveniently. Using UDP protocol on Smart Home gateway and according to conversion principle of UDP protocol to CAN-BUS protocol, it realized to visit directly and control Smart Home gateway from monitor interfaces of Smart Home of PC.Using interface module and control software of Smart Home which developed by myself, which tests the fiseasablility of Smart Home gateway and Smart Home system. The experiment indicates that this scheme has good function, high reliability and low cost.
