With the deepening of the concept of intelligent manufacturing,the manufacturing industry is entering a stage of high-quality development.As an important part of the workshop production system,material distribution directly affects the production efficiency.Studying the problem of material distribution is of great significance for improving the efficiency of material distribution and reducing logistics costs.This thesis takes the material distribution of the mixed flow workshop production line of Z company as the research object,and optimizes the material distribution scheme,distribution path planning and distribution system development.Firstly,by investigating the current situation of workshop production logistics,the problems of material distribution are summarized,including the lack of initiative in material supply,the lack of consideration of material classification,and the unreasonable distribution path planning.According to the problem characteristics and optimization needs,collect and analyze relevant data.In view of the existing problems,considering the material properties,the K-means algorithm is used to improve the traditional ABC classification method,and the materials are divided into ABC three categories,and the distribution scheme for different types of materials is proposed.A dynamic distribution method based on distribution quantity and time is designed for key materials.The effectiveness of the method is verified by comparing Flexsim software with traditional distribution methods.Secondly,the existing problems of distribution path are analyzed.Based on the dynamic distribution method,considering the constraints of fuzzy time window and station satisfaction,a path planning model with the shortest total distribution distance and the least number of vehicles is constructed.Combined with the workshop production line data,the improved NSGA-II algorithm is designed to solve the optimal distribution path and obtain the pareto optimal solution.Finally,in view of the current situation and actual needs of the workshop logistics management,the material distribution system is designed and developed.The system mainly includes functional modules such as real-time production management,real-time material demand,material distribution information,and line-side inventory control,which effectively solves the problem that the line-side response is not timely,realizes the production logistics informationization in the distribution process,and improves the workshop management level.Based on the relevant theories and practical problems,this thesis studies the optimization of material distribution in the mixed flow workshop of Z company,and solves the problems existing in the process of material distribution.It is of great significance to improve the overall production efficiency of the workshop and the rational allocation of logistics resources.There are 50 figures,26 tables and 84 references in this thesis.
